Benjamin started playing Roller Hockey four years ago after his Mam saw an advert on Facebook for Middlesbrough Roller Hockey Club, since then he has developed a love for the sport and quickly progressed onto the England Roller Hockey team.
At just 17 years old, Benjamin travelled to Argentina with his team mates to compete in the World Skate Games in front of over 12,000 attendees. "I felt nervous at first" he said, adding "but it was amazing and I can't wait to go to another event". Benjamin is currently training to prepare for the 2023 European Championship Games which is suspected to be hosted by Italy.
Benjamin is studying Chemistry, Biology and Psychology at East Durham Sixth Form and, alongside his roller hockey training, wants to study Radiology at University once he completes his A Levels.
