The University have a range of modern, purpose-built accommodation and aim to provide new students with a single study-bedroom in University accommodation for their first year in Sunderland.
Undergraduate accommodation
We have a range of modern, purpose-built accommodation for students, all located within 1.5 miles of the city centre.
First year undergraduate students starting in September are guaranteed a single study-bedroom in one of our five student accommodation centres:
- Clanny House
- The Forge - U Student Village
- Panns Bank
- The Precinct
- Scotia Quay
All-male and all-female flats can be made available, dependent on application date and availability.
