General Info For All Qualifications

Results cannot be released before these dates. Please note the Exams Department cannot give any grades or qualification results out over the phone.

There is no single formal results day for on-demand or vocational courses where there is NO element of Teacher Assessed Grades.

Usually your tutor will contact you directly with your results. If you have not received your results as expected from an on-demand or vocational exam, please contact your tutor.

Collecting Results

Results are only available to collect from the Willerby Grove, Peterlee Campus.

Students must bring photographic ID to collect results. This could be your East Durham student ID badge, a driving licence or passport. Students who do not bring photographic ID may not be able to collect their results.

Collecting Results On Behalf Of Someone Else

Parents/guardians or friends can collect results on behalf of a student only by following this procedure:

  • The student must give written permission that explicitly names the person who will collect their results. This can be done by the student emailing misandexams@eastdurham.ac.uk from their student email address or by giving the Exams Department a signed letter.
  • The person collecting results must have photographic ID of themselves.
  • If possible, the person collecting results should bring the student’s East Durham College ID badge with them.
